Real Expertise
EcoCira’s principals have been at the forefront of environmental compliance and California Assembly Bill 32 (AB 32) implementation since its inception. We conducted some of the first greenhouse gas (GHG) verifications, authored the initial GHG sections in CEQA documentation, and have supported clients through every phase of the Cap-and-Trade and Low Carbon Fuel Standard programs.
